At A.T.P.R Training Center,
ATPR's annual driver training program, organized in collaboration with the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA), the Rwanda National Police (RNP), the Ministry of Infrastructure (MINEFRA), the Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA), and the City of Kigali (COK).
The Purpose of the Training
The primary goal of this annual training is to develop professional drivers by equipping them with essential skills and knowledge. For the past five years, ATPR has been conducting this training in December, providing drivers the opportunity to learn together and address challenges they encounter in their daily work.

Traffic Rules and Regulations
Drivers receive instruction on adhering to traffic rules such as respecting zebra crossings, observing speed limits, and following traffic lights.
